Whether you’re here to play\, flirt\, dominate or explore\, this sapphic-centered workshop introduces the foundations of intimate\, bed-style wrestling in a guided\, supportive environment. \nWHAT TO EXPECT \nThis is a two-part evening of learning and embodied play. \nPart 1: Workshop (7 PM – 9 PM) \nWrestling is playful\, physical\, a little competitive and undeniably intimate. \nThis workshop is your entry point into bed-style wrestling\, where strength\, connection\, and control meet in close contact. You’ll learn how to engage your body\, communicate clearly\, and build a dynamic that feels both grounded and electric. \nThrough demonstration and guided practice\, we’ll cover: \n• Foundations of submission wrestling adapted for close-contact and softer surfaces \n• How to initiate and negotiate a wrestling dynamic \n• Modified holds\, pins and transitions designed for intimacy over impact \n• Ways to layer in dominance\, playfulness or sensual tension \n• Communication and consent practices for physical play \nThis class includes exclusive sapphic-focused dynamics and variations not taught in other wrestling workshops. \nNo experience needed. Come as you are. \nThis workshop is open to all experience levels\, you will have opportunities to watch\, try\, feel and learn under supervision. Opt-in learning\, only do things you are comfortable with. \nPart 2: Practice Jam (9:15 PM – 11 PM) \nStay after the workshop to explore\, practice and connect. \nThe jam is a relaxed\, open space where you can integrate what you’ve learned\, try things at your own pace and engage with others under light guidance.
