The strength you didn’t even know you have. \nI’ve built this workshop to put that feeling in a room full of femmes and woman-aligned people.\nWe start with real instruction — how grappling actually works\, how to negotiate a dynamic\, how to build tension through control instead of speed. \nI’ll teach close-contact sequences for more playful fighting plus bed-style adaptations for close-contact\, low-impact variations\, plus pins\, holds and transitions designed to feel as good as they look. Then we open the floor and let you play.\nBeginners are more than welcome. Come alone and I’ll help you find your footing\, or bring someone and build something together. Either way you’re leaving with new holds and a better read on what control and connection feel like in your own body. \nWho this is for: lesbians\, bi and pan women\, queer women\, woman-aligned non-binary people and trans folks.
