Think body-to-body pressure\, slower movement and deliberate control\, where sport meets kink in a way that feels both grounded and electric. \nWhether you’re athletic\, brand new or somewhere in between\, this is your space to explore submission wrestling through a sapphic lens\, then actually play with it. \nWhat You’ll Learn\nWe begin with guided instruction\, then open into a structured\, facilitated jam. \nWorkshop includes: \n\nFoundations of submission wrestling in a safer\, accessible way\nHow to initiate\, negotiate and build a wrestling dynamic\nClose-contact and bed-style adaptations (less impact\, more tension)\nPins\, holds and transitions designed for intimacy and control\nWays to layer in dominance\, playfulness and sensuality\nLight\, guided practice so you can feel what you’re learning\n\nThen we jam: \nAn open\, guided space to wrestle\, experiment and connect at your own pace. \nBeginners Welcome \nNo experience needed.
